Im surprised, I thought no team could beat the other wordly, best team in hockey ever Russia

Are we better than Canada? The better team doesn't always win, Russia was still the favorite coming into it.

we also didnt score 7 goals and totally dominate Canada, whereas Canada just railed Russia.

South Korea got DQ'd in the relay speed skating, it was a very very close call. It gives the US bronze, but I dont like it. Id rather win it than have it given to us.

I think SK got screwed, it looked like a very little amount of contact.

I'm not going by what I heard from them, same ones that said USA wouldn't be where we are now...when I can see a team that was ranked #1, had beat Canada the past two years for the World Title and had the top 3 finalists for the Hart Trophy and the best player in the world on their team. We still put up 5 against them and took them down, we're not better than them. Even if we win the gold, we still aren't better. With that said, I will go ****ing insane if we do.

so even though all betting outlets had Canada as the favorite, they werent?

They were playing on their home ice, and they have the best player in the world on their team.
I dont see how can you say taht Ovecheckin is clearly better than Crosby, its not possible.

And whether or not Russia was, Canada sure as hell is. It's USA all the way, we know we can beat them, assuming we make it get there, I'm still worried to death about facing them again...it will be so fired up, Canada isn't going to go down easy at home and be a huge disappointment to a lesser USA team/but a massive rival.
